The Strasbourg site is composed of three main buildings with a total of 6,000 sqm of production capacity (excluding storage of solvents).Building 1 houses the administration (800 sqm) as well as 1,800 sqm of laboratories dedicated to small-scale non-GMP synthesis of peptides. Each year, we manufacture several thousand such peptides at a scale of a gram or less. We also offer a catalog of bioactive peptides, non-natural amino acids and building blocks, which can also be manufactured at bulk scale or on a custom basis.
GMP manufacturing is located in two buildings with a total area of 3,400 sqm. The facility supports 7 independent synthesis units with solid phase reactors up to 200 L and solution phase up to 650 L in capacity. We have 8 independent purification and isolation units, working in a classified environment from ISO 8 to ISO 5. Several lyophilizers are available with capacities up to 160 kg of ice.
The GMP facility has been inspected by the French Health Products Safety Agency (Afssaps) on behalf of the EU.
