Job Overview: Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This position will be directly reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks:
- Intra-departmental coordination of projects and logistic support to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time-frame.
- Generate offers for customer consideration based on material costs, procedures and resource availability
- Confer with colleagues to provide technical information and updates and to input relevant data.
- Prepares project reports for management, client and others.
- Communicate and update customers on their projects.
- Prepare agendas for and minutes of internal and external meetings.
- Review, drive and — where appropriate — compile status reports
- Assist in the compilation and monitoring of development reports
Requirements:
- B.S. or equivalent degree in chemistry
- Knowledge of, or experience in peptide chemistry
- Minimum 3+ years as a Project Manager or suitable experience
- Familiarity with industrial/pharmaceutical manufacturing and GMP preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent writing, report preparation and presentation skills
- Fluency in English language, spoken and written
