Job Title: Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with the review, transfer and formatting/writing, if necessary, of all documentation required for the quality system at PPL's new site in India, including:
- SOPs
- Analytical test procedures
- Validation protocols/method transfer protocols
- Specifications
- Batch production records
- Policies
- Interface with other QA functions/personnel at other sites in the PPL Group, including Scandinavia and India to coordinate schedules for implementation and transfer/introduction of documentation in India.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- AS Degree in Chemistry or Biological Sciences is required, BS degree is preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry quality assurance
- Familiarity with GMP is a plus.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Must be self-motivated, ability to initiate and follow through on assignments and able to work with different departments.
- Ability to type accurately at moderate speed
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
