PolyPeptide endorses the UN Agenda 2030 and considers the 17 SDGs as an important reference point for a sustainable future. In line with PolyPeptide’s prioritized material topic areas below, the Group has set its sight to contribute to seven relevant SDG goals.
As part of our commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices, PolyPeptide has embedded the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact into strategies and operations, and committed to respecting human and labor rights, safeguarding the environment, and working against corruption in all its forms.

From August 2025, PolyPeptide near-term Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reduction targets are approved by the Science Based Targets Initiatives (SBTi).

PolyPeptide’s mission is to help its customers develop products, secure regulatory approvals, and successfully launch and commercialize their products. Through its network of six GMP-certified manufacturing sites on three continents, PolyPeptide strives to meet customer requirements in terms of quality, quantity, and time.

Supply chain engagement
PolyPeptide relies on an international network of suppliers for goods and services. The Group actively seeks to work with its suppliers to ensure and promote sustainable business and responsible human rights practices within its supply chain. It has a Group-wide Supply Chain Policy on Child Labor that reinforces its commitment to complying with all applicable laws and regulations on Child Labor.

Business ethics and compliance
PolyPeptide is committed to ethical behavior and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This includes a secure digital environment to protect sensitive data and business information. It requires adherence to its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, with procedures in place to identify potential wrongdoing and misbehavior.
Our certifications and ratings
The Group participates in the Carbon Disclosure program (CDP), scoring a “B” rating in 2025 (2024: B). This is complemented by the EcoVadis ratings, where PolyPeptide received an “Leader” rating for its carbon management program in 2026 and a “Gold” rating for its sustainability program, a recognition awarded to the Top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the 12 months prior to the medal issue date.
Since January 2026, all manufacturing sites are certified according to ISO45001:2018 Occupational health & safety, ISO14001:2015 Environmental management and ISO27001:2022 Information Security. PolyPeptide manufacturing site in Ambernath (India) is certified according to ISO50001: 2018 Energy management.
